Venue Spec

Lost Lane is a music venue, late bar and event location, located in the heart of Dublin at the end of Grafton Street.

The venue has a capacity of 300 standing with option for theatre style, cabaret and half standing, half seated set up.

Acoustic treatment and sound design, purpose built and tuned to the building by Abe Scheele, Scheele Sound.

 

 

Custom built, high end bespoke design, site specific speakers by Toby Hatchett, Hatchett Sound Furniture (Hang Dai, The Big Romance, Connolly’s of Leap)

Venue and stage lighting design by Fade Street Design.
Facilities for artists include fully equipped artist dressing room and production office for touring crew. Wifi available throughout.
Separate entrance for artists and crew available.

The venue’s top floor will feature The Singer’s House – a private space for artists use as Green Room/Aftershow area but will also be available for private function hire. The Singer’s House (a nod to Seamus Heaney) will feature its own bar facilities and piano.

Lighting

Stage is lit by 10 StudioCob RGBW LED Wash lights rigged from pipes mounted on the side walls of the stage.
4 fixtures for front light and 6 for back and backdrop lighting.
All fixtures are controlled from a dedicated iPad running a selection of preset looks.
There are 5 brass footlights available on a single dimmer across the down stage edge.
