Nothing is Real Podcast Interview Live on Stage
Beatle experts Jason Carty and Steven Cockcroft will be presenting a series of interviews for their podcast, Nothing is Real. As part of the celebrations of the festival, they will be interviewing a collection of men who have worked with McCartney – Howie Casey, Laurence Juber and Roag Best.
Howie Casey:
A saxophone player of some acclaim and reward, Howie performed on various Wings albums, as well as classic tracks like ‘Jet’, Silly Love Songs, Let ‘Em in and Bluebird, before touring with the outfit during several live tours. Casey has also worked with bands such as The Who, T-Rex and ABC.
Laurence Juber:
Laurence Juber joined Wings in 1978, and performed on Back To The Egg the following year. He is a session player of high repute, having performed on the soundtrack to James Bond epic The Spy Who Loved Me and recorded with Al Stewart.
Laurence will be interviewed via zoom live on stage by Jason and Steven.
Roag Best:
You may know his brother (Pete Best), you may know his father (Neil Aspinall), but Roag Best is also the proprietor of the Liverpool Beatles Museum, which stands as a fountain of information in the city Paul McCartney grew up in. Roag is a loveable Rogue and a true expert on everything Beatles !

Richard Porter – Paul McCartney Live & Virtual Tour
Richard is a professional Beatles London tour guide, author and consultant. Holder of a couple of the Beatle Brain of Britain titles. He is well known for guiding Beatle fans around London for over 25 years !
To Mark this special occasion, Richard will be presenting his Paul McCartney in London virtual tour in person on stage at Lost Lane and will also be streaming the event online
