Every month, Vinyl & Wine hosts intimate vinyl listening parties to celebrate classic albums and new Irish music.
At the events, which have been running in Dublin since 2014, a classic album is played from start-to-finish on vinyl on a high-end sound system provided specially by Vinyl & Wine.
Each event also includes an in-depth panel discussion about the featured classic album, an interview with a local musician and the playback of a new song by an Irish artist.
Previous guest panelists include Declan O’Rourke, Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Tom Dunne, Kelly-Anne Byrne, All Tvvins, Kíla and Universal Music MD, Mark Crossingham.
Mark Whelan, organiser of Vinyl & Wine, said, “We are really looking forward to hosting our upcoming events at Lost Lane’s Singer’s House. We are on a mission to create unforgettable listening experiences for music lovers and to do that, we need a venue that’s intimate, unique and set up to deliver spectacular sound quality. Lost Lane’s Singer’s House is the perfect space for Vinyl & Wine and we can’t wait to put the needle on ‘Unplugged in New York’ on July 28th”.
